"Use Replication" label/field bug in Column Create/Edit Dialog

Description

In the Create/Edit? Dialog for columns, after have saved a long comment that changes the field to scrollbars, when re-open the Create/Edit? Dialog for the column, the "Use Replication" label and field are pushed out of viewable area. The top portion of the words "Use Replication" are barely discernable.
My environment: Windows 2003 Server Native Japanese. Postgresql 8.4. PgAdmin? III 1.10.
